We read every enquiry and reply within one to two business days, usually by phone, to talk through your project. If it is a good fit, we book a free in-home consultation to measure and discuss layout, materials and budget.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. The first consultation and measurement are free and come with no obligation. You will get honest advice on what is possible and what it is likely to involve.
What should I prepare before the consultation?
Photos of the space, any floor plans or drawings, inspiration images and a rough budget range are all helpful. If you have chosen appliances, bring the model numbers.
